Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed and dispatched from our facility located in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. Standard order processing time is 3–5 business days after order confirmation and payment clearance.
Orders placed on weekends or Indian public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email with dispatch details once your order is ready for shipment.
2. Domestic Shipping (India)
For shipments within India, we partner with leading logistics providers to ensure timely delivery. Estimated delivery timelines:
- Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata): 4–6 business days after dispatch.
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 6–10 business days after dispatch.
- Remote areas: 10–14 business days after dispatch.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight, volume, and destination pin code.
3. International Shipping & Export
COOKADOO holds APEDA authorization and IEC (Import Export Code) for international export of egg products. We ship to all major global markets including the Middle East, South-East Asia, Europe, and North America.
International shipping timelines and costs are determined based on destination country, shipping mode (air freight or sea freight), and order volume. For bulk export inquiries, please contact us directly to receive a customised freight quotation.
All export shipments include the necessary certificates of origin, health certificates, and compliance documentation as required by the destination country.
4. Packaging Standards
Our products are packaged to maintain food safety and product integrity throughout transit:
- Powder products are packed in multi-layer kraft paper bags with food-grade LDPE inner liners, sealed to prevent moisture ingress.
- Liquid products are dispatched in food-grade HDPE or stainless steel containers with tamper-evident seals, maintained at 2–3°C throughout cold-chain transit.
- All outer cartons include product labels with batch number, manufacturing date, expiry date, and handling instructions.
5. Cold Chain Requirements
Pasteurised liquid egg products require unbroken cold-chain storage at 2–3°C. If you are ordering liquid products, please ensure you have appropriate refrigerated receiving infrastructure. COOKADOO is not liable for quality deterioration resulting from inadequate cold-chain management on the buyer's end after delivery.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your shipment arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with:
- Your order number and confirmation email.
- Photographs of damaged packaging or product (if applicable).
- A description of the issue.
