Yes. Our minimum export order is 100 kg for liquid products and 500 kg for powders. This is deliberately low so new buyers can test our product in their formulation, run quality checks, and verify documentation workflow before scaling to full container volumes.

Which certifications can you provide copies of before I place an order?

All of them. We share ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, BRCGS, FSSAI, Halal, APEDA registration, and IEC documentation upon request, before any commercial commitment. We also provide sample COA documents so your quality team can verify the format meets their requirements.

What documentation ships with each consignment?

Every shipment includes: Certificate of Analysis (per batch), Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary Certificate, Halal Certificate (where applicable), commercial invoice, packing list, and bill of lading. We prepare these in-house and format them for your destination country's requirements.

How do you ensure batch-to-batch consistency?

We are vertically integrated: own feed mills, own farms, own egg processing and spray drying. This means we control the nutrition of the hens, the freshness of the eggs at cracking, and every processing parameter. Each batch is tested against a standardized specification sheet before release. COA data is available for every batch shipped.

Do you comply with EU, Japanese, or other destination-specific food regulations?

Our facility holds ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, and BRCGS certifications, which are GFSI-benchmarked and recognized globally. For specific destination-market regulations (such as EU 853/2004 or Japan Positive List), we work with buyers to review compliance requirements on a case-by-case basis. Question 6

What happens if there is a quality issue with a shipment?

We retain batch samples for 12 months. If there is a dispute, we conduct a joint investigation using retained samples and batch COA records. We also carry appropriate product liability coverage. Our goal is to resolve issues transparently and quickly, not to avoid them.
