Refund Policy
1. Our Commitment to Quality
At COOKADOO (OEUF FOODS), every product leaving our facility undergoes rigorous quality checks under our FSSC 22000 and BRCGS-certified quality management system. We stand behind the quality of our products. If something is not right with your order, we want to make it right.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds or replacements may be requested under the following conditions:
- Damaged goods: Products that arrive visibly damaged or with compromised packaging, reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
- Wrong product delivered: You received a product different from what was confirmed in your order.
- Quality defect: The product fails to meet the specifications stated on the product data sheet, supported by a valid quality test report from an accredited laboratory.
- Undelivered orders: Orders that are confirmed dispatched but not received within 150% of the estimated delivery window.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- Products that have been used, opened, or subjected to improper storage conditions (e.g., liquid products not maintained at 2–3°C).
- Quality issues caused by cold-chain failure on the buyer's end after confirmed delivery.
- Refund requests made more than 7 calendar days after the delivery date.
- Change-of-mind cancellations for custom blended or bulk manufactured orders already in production.
- Discrepancies in reconstitution ratios due to end-user formulation errors.
4. How to Initiate a Refund Request
To initiate a refund or return, please:
- Email us at pranit@cookadoo.in with the subject line: "Refund Request - [Your Order Number]".
- Include your order number, invoice copy, description of the issue, and supporting photographs or laboratory reports as applicable.
- Our quality and logistics team will review your request within 3–5 business days and respond with next steps.
5. Refund Processing Timeline
Once a refund is approved:
- Replacement: A replacement shipment will be dispatched within 5–7 business days of approval.
- Credit note: A credit note for future orders will be issued within 2 business days of approval.
- Bank transfer refund: For eligible monetary refunds, funds will be transferred to your nominated bank account within 7–10 business days of approval.
Payment processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled without penalty within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet entered dispatch preparation. To cancel an order, contact us immediately by phone at +91 70214 32659 or email pranit@cookadoo.in. Orders already packed or dispatched cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the returns process above.
